Royal is in 2nd grade and enjoys learning and attending school. Royal is energetic, smart, and socially involved with family and friends. He loves to play video games, meet new friends, and loves math. Royal, his mom, and his family are actively involved in JRC programs and his mom Ms. Sheree Franklin is a faithful, supportive volunteer.
