Virtual 4th Annual Sickle Cell Caregiver Summit
We welcome you to the Virtual 4th Annual Sickle Cell Caregivers Summit, November 15-17, 2024. It is important to us that all activities and events at the Sickle Cell Consortium remain as affordable as possible.
Additional Financial assistance is available for all Sickle Cell Caregivers and Warriors upon request. To request a ticket waiver (to bring the cost down to $0), email caregivers@sicklecellconsortium.org. Registration packages will be sent to attendees after the Caregiver Summit.
To be considered for a lunch card during Lunch and Learns: Each individual MUST have a SEPARATE email address, including children. Multiple Lunch cards cannot be sent to one email account.
To get the whole summit experience, we STRONGLY recommend that all participants download the Whova mobile app as soon as possible to enjoy the meeting fully. The final registration page will provide further instructions.
